New Class of January 20132/13/2013 9:51:54 AM
Do you know a young man who could use a "gap year" in order to seek vision and purpose for his life? As we begin 2013, we encourage you to consider young men you know and review upcoming opportunities for enrollment in our discipleship experience. New classes will start on the following upcoming dates: March 19th and May 14th. For a full list of class start dates, please visitwww.narrowgatefoundation.org/howtoapply.aspx or call Eric at 931-583-0633.

Graduate Update: Jase Moves to South Africa for Missions1/18/2013 9:56:23 AM
Now, with a group of close friends who also served in Kona, Jase is moving to Cape Town, South Africa to love and minister to people in an economically and racially-mixed community. Jase and the others have a heart to serve the poor and disempowered and will also minister at the YWAM base located in Cape Town.
Your Narrow Gate family is so proud of you, Jase, and we look forward with great anticipation to all God will do in and through you in South Africa! Please pray for Jase and the team as they settle into their new home and seek God for His will in that place. Pray for unity among the team, safety as they reach out to marginalized groups of people, and wisdom as they pursue housing and ministry opportunities.
New Year, New Opportunities1/4/2013 11:22:49 AM
As the New Year begins, opportunities exist for individuals to get involved with our ministry to young men, and we would love for you to consider ways to partner with us. We are currently accepting applications for our first Servants Table training of the year, which begins at 6 p.m. January 27th at Grace Chapel. The training series includes an eight-week "crash course" in Narrow Gate's curriculum in order to equip individuals to serve as support systems for young men completing our campus experience as they walk toward the next steps of their journey. The cost to participate in Servants Table training is $100, and individuals who sign up must attend all eight sessions. You must also be at least 25 years old to participate. For more information and to sign up, please visit www.narrowgatefoundation.org/servantstable.aspx.
A Pause in the Conversation: Honoring Jeanie Davis12/14/2012 2:26:20 PM
Almost a decade ago, Jeanie was diagnosed with incurable cancer. Jeanie simply told the doctors that she chose life. Their prognosis had little impact on the choices she made regarding the passionate worship of God that seemed to manifest itself in every breath that she shared with those she loved. Jeanie chose life! And she gave that life to us.
On Wednesday, December 12th, Jeanie came face to face with the Life that she chose. Imagine her joy when she finally heard the words her heart longed to hear: “Well done, good and faithful servant!” While our conversations with Jeanie may have briefly paused, the love we share remains unbroken and eternal. Jeanie has requested that we honor her choice of life by making donations to an organization that provides health and hope to children who face a journey similar to hers. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A celebration service of Jeanie’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 17th at Grace Chapel in Leipers Fork.
We love you, Jeanie! And we’ll see you soon.
